I think USA is more developed so opportunity wise it is good. climate in the Bay area is awsome so it adds to the fun. However, if not Bay area climate may suck. Texas is damn too hot!. Canada is damn too cold but ya Natural beauty is great in canada. Overall I guess USA might have an edge .
